1. Gardisten
Carnival Guards arose as a parody of the military. They came up with the resurgence of the street carnival in the 1820s and 1830s. However, the guardsmen of the Heimerzheim Honor Guard needed about 150 years longer to appear for the first time in carnival. Uniforms and organization are based on historical models, usually from the 17th to the 19th century.
The guardsmen are the most active members in the honorary circle Heimerzheim. They wear the traditional uniform in our club colors at all official events and appointments in their capacity as representatives of the Honor Guard Heimerzheim.
During the session, the guards perform numerous performances at friendly clubs, sponsors or administrations. Their task consists among other things in the accompaniment and support of Heimerzheimer Tollitäten.
2nd Officer Corps
In the officer corps of honor guard Heimerzheim all guardsmen who have been awarded an officer's rank, summarized. Their Guards uniforms are provided with special features and insignia, which give information about the awarded officer's degree. The officer grades are awards for special merits in the sense of the association. They are awarded by the board in the name of the association.
3. Recruits (candidates)
The recruits include all new guardsmen in the first two years. First, get a taste of it without great duties. The recruits are wearing the tunic and the recruiting boat of the Guardsmen.
4th chef / cook
The cook accompanies the guards and takes care of their physical well-being. He / she appears publicly in the Rosenmontagszug as chief / chief of the field kitchen and supplies the hungry guardsmen and the jecke people waiting on the edge with a strong soup.
